Personal trainer to get or not to get?

personal trainer
samantha24 asked:

Is it worth paying $1200 to have a personal trainer for two months? Included I get three evaluations. 3 times a week 90minute training with him, as well as he will help with grocery shopping advice as well as what to eat if I need to order in because I’m so busy. Do you think this is worth it or do you think the results would be the same on my own?

All you really need is motivation! If you can motivate yourself you are headed in the right direction. Seek knowledge and weed out all of the myths people try and shove up your a$$. ie. miracle pills and fad diets.

I am a personal trainer and I can tell you that half of them hold information from you to keep you coming back. Its a load of crap. I educate my clients and help them to become self motivated and self sufficient and then release them when they are ready.

If you feel you can learn from this person and that they are honest and will genuinely help you then give it a shot until you have learned what you need to. However get some background on the person seek out his/her previous clients. Trust me word of mouth in this business can make or break you.

Best of luck and many blessings on your fitness journey
