rattlesnake1221 asked: I’m going to get weekly personal training for 15 weeks - and I’m nervous. I’ve never played a sport and I’ve never been an athlete. I’ve never run a mile (but that’s my goal). I am a little overweight from my pregnancy.
I just don’t know what to expect - will it be bearable? Should I expect any (physical) results in those 15 weeks? And how many times a week would I have to work out in addition to the personal training? I can make it 2/week, but I have a toddler at home so it’s hard to go to the gym more often.
And yes, I know I should ask the trainer this, I’m just wondering right now.

Shayna asked: I am 24 and want to lose about 20 pounds. I can workout for free at my University but I can’t find the discipline. Everytime I start, I go for about 2 weeks and I feel like I gain weight. Like my clothes get tighter. So I quit. Also, I get out of class at 3 pm and plan on working out but I am so tired from school that i just want to go home after classs. What can I do to stick with a routine? how long until results show? When I go I do cardio for 45 minutes- 1 hour and weight training as well for about 30 minutes. I go Mon, Wed and Fri.

MS.veronica asked: I don’t want to build muscle I just want to lose alot of weight. I’am a size 16 and my goal size is to be a size 10 by next year,
I know it sounds impossible but I’am 20years old and I just tires of it.
So what would be the best excercise. Something that I can squeeze into my schedule. I can’t go running because I don’t live in a good neighborhood, don’t have a tredmill and cannot afford the gym.
So what can I do?
Pilates? what is it like
crunches? how many
PLEASE I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO KNOW.

By the way..I leave my house at 8am to get to work by 9am..then I leave work at 6 and get home about 7- 7:10pm
