Leila asked: I am trying not to be so fixated on the number on the scale, and am wondering what the ideal is that I should aim for. I know “normal” range is like 18-24%, but I am more interested in what the ideal would be in your experience — lean/peak fitness but not too thin or unfeminine. Thanks.

I am considering getting a personal trainer, but am weary of the fact they will just be working to sell me stuff.
I want someone that is passionate about their job and willing to help.
Also. . . is there a website that rates personal trainers?

tdangel30 asked: The University of South Florida offers an online program for personal training and it’s $259 per course (5 course to become certified) Can’t I just order study materials and take the certification exam on my own and it be cheaper? Does anyone know if there are any differences in the two certificates? They look the same to me but doing it on my own would be WAY cheaper. Thanks for any advice in this matter.

ji asked: I am trying to expand my personal training business. It is at a decent size just from word of mouth, but I would like to grow more. I have a website, am on yahoo local, on yahoo search, have a yahoo 360 page, have a yahoo group, and pass out flyers. People dont seem to see it. Any advice?
