By the middle of the week you add some fruits and whole grains. On day 7 you can eat whatever you want, but go back to low carb on day one again. What is this diet called?

queenD asked: On average, how much does personal training cost per session? I work out at a Bally’s so these would be the personal trainers I’d have to chose from.
I know I can just go and ask them, but I’m trying to get a rough estimate of how much I’d be expected to pay. I have no idea, so if it’s way out of my budget then I’m not even going to inquire and waste my time with them.
I also want to know if it’s worth it. I’m a pretty active person, so it’s not like I’m clueless & need a trainer to show me how to work equipment and just exercise in general. I’m not out of shape, used to run track and play soccer in high school. I’m also a dancer.
It’s just that I want to lose 5-6 lbs. in 3 weeks and don’t know if working out with my regular cardio./strength regimen will do it.

nellbelle7 asked: I need to lose some weight– about 40-50 pounds. I am intelligent and know that decreasing caloric intake and increasing my activity level will do that, but its so hard to stick to a diet when everyone else in the family isn’t dieting.
Any tricks or tips that I’m not aware of? Or do I have to just commit to Weight Watchers or another plan and also put my family on a diet as well?
